Q: How do I book / check availability?
A: Please complete the 'Contact Us' form and we will reply within 48 hours
Q: What is the deposit and final payment?
A: Your reservation will be secured (subject to availability) upon receipt of a 30% deposit. Nine (9) weeks before your arrival date a final payment (the balance between your deposit and the full amount owed) is required.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: Up to 9 weeks - loss of deposit. 5 - 7 weeks before arrival date 50% of total cost. 4 weeks before arrival date - 100% of total cost.
Q: Do you offer long and short stays?
A: Yes we do, please email us for prices.
Q: What time can we check in / check out?
A: The apartment is available to check in from 2pm on the date of your arrival. If you are arriving early,please let us know via email at least a week before - if the apartment is ready we will certainly give you your keys.
Check out is 10am on the date of your departure. If you wish to stay longer, please let us know via email at least a week before. If we can, we will certainly try to accommodate you.
